Fayette County Free Fair Queen Contest 2020
Registrations are being accepted for this year’s Fayette County Free Fair Queen Contest. Considering the current situation with COVID-19, this year will be a bit different. We do not have all the details ironed out as it will depend on the Governor’s orders and what we are able to accommodate. In addition, the Fair Board has graciously agreed to waive the sponsor fee for 2020 only. We need something for the community to look forward to and would like to have as many businesses and young ladies participate as desire to, without economic constraint.The deadline for sponsorship is 5/24/20. Prospective sponsors who did not receive a packet in the mail or anyone needing more information should contact Tina O’Neal at 265-9974 rynaoneal@gmail.com or Ashley Hundley at 265-4013 ashnick.hundley@hotmail.com. The Queen Contest will take place at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 14 at the Expo Hall @ the Fairgrounds. Members of Kappa Kappa Sigma Sorority are once again coordinating the Contest.
