Open House for Centerstone Health Services, Inc.
An independent medical clinic located at the east entrance of Centerstone Behavioral Services, 390 E. Erie Street, Connersville. CHS opened their doors on August 1, 2019 to provide integrated and affordable primary care to both the mental health care patients and those who fall below the 200% federal poverty level (however, primary care is open to all in the community). The clinic has a full-time Nurse Practitioner and part-time MD and will soon add a second full-time NP. January 29th is their Open House from 4pm-6pm.
